Do not make them feel left out or out of place.
Make them feel as if you were their awesome friend!
Engage yourself in interesting conversations with the new members.
Make these new members feel at home as you make them engage in conversations on the tribe chat, and you shall be a Don/Donna or may even become the Sun Guardian or Rain Guardian.
