I will try and make this as spoiler free as possible.

Okay, so this is quite complicated at first but around episode 5 it's clearer. The story is split between a fantasy world and a slice of life world. In this fantasy world, there's these people (black rock shooter, dead master, strength and stuff) where they have these weapons and stuff and seem to fight each other. On the other world, its literally, a slice of life. It starts with black rock shooter shooting this eye thingy with her gigantic gun. In the other world, it starts with Mato sees a girl reading one of her favorite books, Li'l Birds At Play, who is called Yomi and soon become friends. One day, Mato goes to visit Yomi but is mocked by one of Yomi's friend, Kagari, who Yomi can't leave alone.

This anime made me *almost* cry at the end of every episode. It's extremely depressing but don't worry it has a nice ending! In my opinion, its a really good anime and its something you should watch... if you don't mind wanting to cry like a baby.

Next up is Hayao Miyazaki's masterpiece.

Aaahhh, Hayao Miyuzaki, the best director in the whole wide world...

Okay, so this is set in a fantasy world of roaming spirits (yay). We are introduced to Chihiro (the main protagonist) and her family. She and her family are moving to a new town which Chihiro is not looking forward to. They end up taking a shortcut in the woods (bad idea honestly) and they soon find an entrance to something. Like genius', they decide to go through the entrance, viewing the fantasy world where Spirited away is set in. And like genius' again, they go explore. They find a town and they sniff FOOD (food is bae) and they start to eat the food. Chihiro, frustrated and wanting to go home, goes to explore the place. She goes on a bridge where she meets Haku. He explains that it's not safe here and askes her to leave but it suddenly becomes dark. Chihiro runs to her parents (who have turned into pigs by a curse) and try to help them leave. She runs to the hills but finds there is a river which is blocking the way to the entrance. She is trapped.

This is such a good anime movie, Hayao Miyuzaki is just the king of anime movies like srsly. Its one of my favorite childhood movies and its defiantly something I would recommend to rookies as well as otakus.

This anime deserves more hype than Sword Art Online

Okay, so there are these two siblings, Sora and Shiro, also known as the players behind Blank. How they got the name "blank?" well, its because they name the username slot with nothing. They are like super MLG pro gamers and have not lost one game. One day, they have get an email and are challenged to a game of chess. After some hardcore Shiro & Sora MLG chess 1v1 pro match, they win and is summoned into a world of game by Tet, the god of the world. They go and adventure the lands, wining every single game and having a dog puppy Steph. Later on, there is a huge game to decide who should be the king who rules the land of inmanity. Who will will? They're task is to take over all the land of the supernatural creatures and soon, challenge god, to a game and win.

Wow this anime is actually really good. Although it is very predicable at times, its unique. I don't understand why it doesn't have as much hype as sword art online, this really confuses me. It's a wonderfully animated anime and has really good soundtrack, I recommend it to anyone to be honest.

Okay, so it starts with a ghoul eating on some humans then this yellow haired guy talks to her. Later, we see a coffee shop called Anteiku where we are introduced to Kaneki Ken and Hideyoshi, Kaneki's best friend. Kaneki talks to a girl called Rize and they soon become friends and start hanging out. One night when Kaneki walks Rize home, Rize devours Kaneki's shoulders and exposes her true identity, Binge Eater (big eater) Ghoul. He is thrown around by Rize and he runs to a construction site, wounded and bleeding externally. Before he is about to die, a miracle happens.

This is a very hype-d anime but the question is; does it live up to the hype? IMO, I think it lives up to the hype. Its a tragic anime (but is funny sometimes, just wait for Trashiyama Shoe) and the characters are like able, the intro is just amazeballs, the animation is very good. I think this for someone who likes dark, action, slightly bloody anime than a shoujo lover. Very goodanime anime and I would reccommend it to a Shounen anime fan.

Okay, it starts with a nice setting in a nice village inside the wall and we are introduced to some nice kids with some nice parents. Oh what a nice day it is today. Eren JAEGER (hunter) wants to join the armies that fight the titans because he wants to know what its like to be out of the walls and what it looks like. Misaka and his mother are (obvs) against this. Misaka and Eren watch the injured and wounded scouts return to the city. Then Eren goes to his father and tells him about how much he wants to join the scouts. Afterwards, they go save their childhood friend, Armin, from bullies who disagree with him that the walls around the cities wouldn't protect them forever. Oh I didn't explain the walls did I? There are 3 walls that protect the humans who were driven to extinction. Suddenly, a huge titan breaks down the wall and allows all the small titans to enter. The village panics as the titans start to pour in. Well, it was a nice day though...

Once again, a hype-d anime but the question is; does it live up to the hype? YES, IT ACTUALLY DOES!! I can't wait for the 2nd season *-* and the movies.

OVA 1: The talking titan
This happens before Eren is in the training camps. The Recon Corps go out on a mission into the forests. Hanji spots a titan and wishes to capture it. Hanji follows the titan to find it banging it's head on the tree.... like normal titans do ofc....such sarcasm. The titan starts to attack Hanji and Levi is forced to kill it. They find an empty body of a former soldier and her diary... Oh, what could POSSIBLY BE INSIDE THE DIARY?!!? :3

OVA 2: The Sudden Visitor: The Torturous Curse of Youth
Jean gets in a fight with him comrades until it is stopped by commander Pixis, who is high on weed. He suggests to settle the argument with a COOKING CONTEST. What could possibly go wrong?

OVA 3: Distress
The training group split up in a forest training course to survive the night. One night, a gang on thieves steal Eren's group's 3D maneuver gears along with taking Christa in hostage. Just watch them struggle to save their precious stuff...

OVA 4: A Choice with No Regrets (Part 1)
There is an underground world where people live and is filled with people who will never see the sunlight. Levi was in a gang on thieves would use 3D maneuver gears along with Farlan, his partner, to commit various heists to help each other out. Later on, they find a girl called Isabel and save her along with a wounded bird.

OVA 5: A Choice with No Regrets (Part 2)

This art style is amazeballs, the intro is amazeballs, the OSTs are amazeballs.

This'll be a short version of the anime-only review on Akira (1988), (which is probably one of the most underrated anime) i wrote earlier.

The story of Akira is about the two protags of the movie, Kaneda and Tetsuo who live in the post-apocalyptic city of Neo Tokyo in the year of 2019, built after Tokyo was destroyed in world war III. The movie also pretty well answers the question "what would happen if humanity was given immense power it couldn't control?", but i'll talk more about that later.

I think the first half of the movie is supposed to be about how corrupted and overall bad place to live the city is due to how it's spending all of it's money on protecting this immense power humanity has discovered, often associated with the name 'Akira'.
Then, the second half is more about how Tetsuo, now given that power, is feeling about having it and how he's trying to use and control it.

I think the movie did an overall good job on especially the pacing, seeing as the 2 hours and 7 minutes long movie was based on a manga with over 2k pages. It's definitely a must-see in terms of anime movies and older anime, if you aren't too sensitive to gore/blood/violence/drug usage/etc, seeing as the movie is filled with those. And many people do say it's 'a good story, but with too much violence', and i think that too, though it fits the theme and story pretty well too.

In terms of the art and animation, the movie is simply a masterpiece. Many people underestimate Akira because it's so old and probably badly drawn too. Well, i thought that too, before actually seeing the movie with a $10 million budget and in 720p.

So, i'll give Akira an overall rating of 9/10, meaning you really should watch it.

Time to review one of the worst overrated amine I have ever watched (IMO) so far. Ugh. I will be doing a review for SAO (first half of the series) and ALO (second half of the series)

Okay, so it starts with this guy called Kirito (its not his real name but whatever) who has this Nerve Gear (sort of like a huge helmet with loads of wires) which is a device that lets you play a MMORPG game, Sword Art online which has just been released. Kirito meets a guy called Klein which he helps with the basics because Kirito was one of the beta testers of the game. After some training, Klein is about to log out when they discover that the exit button has been removed. They're teleported to a place where the creator of the game, Akihiko Kayaba, announces officially that there is no exit button and they cannot escape. He removes their character's appearance and turns their characters to what they look like in real life. Finally, he says that if you die here, you die in real life.

I have to admit, the first half of the series was good. Not really good, not super good but just good. They action scenes were amazing like literally, AMAZING. Its quite unique and a MMORPG game. Thats what brings in so many views because gaming is literally everything now and finding an anime which "literally everything now" its just gonna be popular and you know it. Video games are addicting is a simpler explanation. That's the good things. Sadly, the next bits aren't.

**WARNING HUGE RANT** (This is opinion based so... sorry if I upset you or something)

Don't get me wrong, there were nicer parts like the death penalty (can't explain otherwise its too much spoilers) I have to give this a personal rating of 6.7/10 at the best.

Okay, moving onto the not so good side of the series, ALO.

This is NOT an anime for kids. Trust me, this is literally one of the darkest anime I have seen and this is magical GIRL.

Okay, it starts off Madoka, the protagonist having a dream about Homura Akemi. She wakes to it being just a dream and wakes up and gets ready for school. She finds out a girl called Homura Akemi transfers in her class and questions if it was actually a dream. They both give scary stares at each other. Later on, Madoka and her friend Miki go to a CD shop so Miki can buy a Cd but Madoka hears voices in her head. The voices in her head leads her to the basement. Kyubey, runs into her arms injured with a Homura chasing them. Madoka and Miki flew and run into Mami who heals Kyubey. Kyubey explains to them about the magical girls, witches and the wishes and asks them to make a contract with him.

Honestly, do NOT be fooled by the cuteness of this amine. This is dark. Extremely dark. Every single episode takes you further and further into darkness.
I recommend it to teens and people who don't mind crying. It is so unique, I have never seen a magical girl amine like this.

Sooner or later she met his ex-familiar. So she kissed in in the first episode and became her familiar later you will meet more characters and see her adventures.

Season 2
Same familiar and characters with a couple new characters .Tomoe gets more neglected in these episodes which is funny,but he when nanami isn't near is a tsundere liking or not liking her. Soon you will meet more gods as you progress and characters.



I suggest you should watch it on your spare time this anime is romance mostly in some episodes so beware.Also the comedy in the episodes are quite funny .In conclusion watch it (if ya want to).

Honestly, I was expecting something REALLY bad but wow this surprised me :D

Okay, it starts with a really fucking nice raining scene showing our main protagonist, Futaba Yoshioka, running to a shelter in a... temple (idk correct me). She meets one of her classmates called Kou Tanaka and shares a nice chat with him. Later on, they start dating until he suddenly leaves the school. Futaba thinks it's all her fault due to saying something that might of upset him. Later on when shes in the 2nd term of High School, she finds out that he is in her year. She didn't notice at first because he changed his name to Kou Mabuchi. After talking to him, he seems more cold and sarcastic to when he was soft and kind from the boy she met in middle school.

Honestly, i thought it was gonna be really bad or something but it was actually PRETTY good. This probably has to be one of my favorite romantic anime of 2014. The art style will literally blow you away like LOOK AT DIS:

The soundtracks are pretty nice but what I think stands out the most is the art like wtf that's amazing. Defiantly something you should watch, Shoujo, drama, slice of life, romantic genre lovers out there. Although Shounen fans can like it, I wouldn't really recommend it :p
