So, we have always had a problem with rank-ups, as many Kouhais/ Senpais hate us for not ranking them up. Something must be done about this in the future.
Lets say that our young members cannot rank up without our decision. Let's also say that we support their contribution to our tribe society. Assuming this, we agree that they have to prove themselves worthy of contributing to our tribe society, in order to move up. Here's an idea about how rank-up systems should work.

-Kouhai to Senpai
From kouhai to senpai, the members should engage themselves in a conversation with other members, and be kind and helpful to other members, doing things like"WB" and such.
