Money can buy more happiness.

Money doesnt buy happieness unless you buy a puppy

This is way I think. If you think of it to buy you something like, manga, video games etc. it could buy you happiness but on the other hand money can't buy you happiness, it can't buy you love, or a family or true friends. So over all it depends on how you look at it...
