I think we should add a new currency into the shop called hearts, and it depends on how many saves you've earned. You don't buy regular items like you do with cheese or fraises but instead it use it to fix your shaman up. It could be shaman tatoos, rotate the feather on your head, jewels, and etc. Shaman items can only be bought with Hearts OR Fraises therefore the cheese you earn will not be able to get them.

Edit •And you can use them to make maps. (Probably a price of 100 hearts.)
•Items will be expensive, probably about 5000 lowest.
•You will be able to change your style of tattoos! For example, you can make a flame one!
•Expanded totem space (Can have more objects with the cost of hearts).
•Instead of being in the shop, there will be a new option in the Menu for 'Shaman'.
•Able to choose style of shaman items; Snowy planks, Halloween balloons, Old Skool Items (From 2010 - Early 2011).

I totally agree we could get shaman tatoos and maybe we can get recolorable runes for like 2000

That's a nice idea. Doubles hearts in hardmode. And people that already have saves will just have the amount exported into the shop.
