Heres the story. I asked a mod to de-p1 this map, they made it P0 so then I go make edits so it might P5, and then I take a break, save the map and make it tribe house or P22, when i come back it has all the edits but is P0..... now if I'm correct it's impossible to do that map so I couldn't have made it P0, and even weirder I knwo for a fact it was P0 because the votes on it were going down like crazy. I talked to Mapcrew to quickly P22 it but now the question is, what exactly happened? This is VERY VERY bad, if it turns out that P22 maps can be bugged into P0 maps then imagine a server full of maps with no cheese or hole. We need to know what happened very very quickly.

Actually if you load a P0 map, it'll always export as P0, even if you don't validate it and export it as a tribe house. So, to be precise, it's not changing the map from P22 to P0 but rather failing to change the map from P0 to P22.

So basically if you change a P0 map to P22 it will still be P0 and be on server, your saying as we speak there could be 100's of P22 maps on server that are impossible to compleate just because the map editor fails at changing perms??? This is fucked up.

When you overwrite a map to P22 from P0, there is a time lag before the map changes to P22. I don't remember it correctly, but it takes 1 week or 2 weeks. After them, the map will be changed to P22 by server. I'm not sure what happens if the map is deleted by voting before status is changed. Maybe it goes P0 -> P44 -> P22?

Whatever the case is it's bad, very bad if I'm getting it correct

It happens after the next server restart. This has happened in the past when a few higher perm maps disappeared and were found to be P22 later.

Strange... why has no one reported this glitch before?
