As you all know, the christmas event Is back on transformice! And with the recent update, we are allowed to collect gift on Permed-Playermade maps!

But, what would be a good technique players could use?

The Event Tool!

With the event tool, players without Permed Maps can place an Event tool on their map.

But what does this tool do?

It can:
Allow players to collect X on an event (Ie. Gifts on Christmas, Easter Eggs on Easter)
Make the Event Alot easier and no Vanilla Overloads

But what if there is no event?

Then there will be nothing there untill the next event with collectable Items appear.

What are the limits?

You can only place 1 Event Tool onto your map (We don't want 100 Of Gifts on one map!)


Benefits:

No Vanilla Swarms
Better Places other than Mod-Placed ones (On perm maps, they placed some in grounds!)

Down-Sides:

May Make the event(s) much easier to complete.

Yes 100% support! This way mapmakers can actually decide where to put stuff and people wont have to go to vanilla rooms as much.

how about, to use the event thing-a-ma-bob, you will need 2k cheese gathered so nobody can get instant stuff?
or atleast, to help prevent trolls.

Derp makes istant map and tribe people replay it continulessly
don't say "no not enough people in tribe houses" cause I have seen and join tribes where majority of them just sit and chat in the house..

I don't think that abuse should be an argument against: we can also decide where the cheese and the hole spawn and this can be abused as well. Still I don't encounter insta-cheese maps all that often, despite playing in normal rooms all the time. Besides, the map editor has tons of features that are easily abused.

I was just thinking earlier how I'd love to be able to add gifts myself to my maps in more fitting locations than the randomizer picks (such as possible yet more difficult or such spots for my P7s).

Yes No one has noticed that he said only once and some maps have been randomized but you don't know where the gift is because the grounds are hiding it away..

How?

Even If the tool does get implented (I'm not saying it will), this event will be over anyways. Thus, for the next event (Say, easter), if you have to collect stuff, The Admins will be more careful.
