It's better than SAI. I think

Paint Tool SAI, or sometimes Gimp. But SAI is better.

I used to have paint tool SAI and this crappy Photoshop until a virus deleted everything...

SAI (Main program), Photoshop (Used once in a blue moon), GIMP (For transparency), MS Paint (Preferred program out of all of these), and some other programs.

I'm hurt. I paid for mine, and it was well worth both dollars.
