NOTICE: Regarding double posts

Artists are allowed to double post in their own art thread, but only if they are updating it with new art or bumping it from page 2 or more. We have been casually enforcing this for a while, but now we want to make things clear and avoid confusion. So now if you see some artists double posting to show their art, don't worry about reporting it ^^

Request threads now require at least 3 artworks as well.
