![]() Edit: Pictionary is now official! Yay! Pictionary is a simple minigame where the shaman is given a random word each round, and they have to draw the word on a canvas with anchors. The mice have to guess what the shaman is drawing, and whoever gets it right gets to draw next round! his is a remake of the old version of the minigame, but with some changes including map rotation and new features. We're always looking to expand our wordlist, so feel free to suggest any words you may have here! Please bare in mind the words must be drawable and not too obscure, try not to spam this thread! If you have an extremely long list, please put it on PasteBin and link it here! We're also constantly looking for more maps for the minigame, we have some fantastic ones already such as @3810362 by Baasbase, @3810493 by Sticklo and @3594930 by Paperonaruto! If you wish to submit a map for Pictionary, please post the @code in this thread. The maps must have a large area for the shaman to draw on, at least or close to 500x400, made of two dynamic grounds ontop of eachother. The shaman must be far off screen (not far enough to die) above the map so that they can't spawn objects on the map. Mice will teleport to X:400, Y:200 when they win, so make sure there will be a space for them to teleport to for a little victory dance before the next map starts! Here is an example map's xml for you to work from! You can resize and colour anything, but it's important to keep the properties of the two black dynamic grounds. http://pastebin.com/XYyy0CU2 If you wish to help out in any other way, we're always open to suggestions to improve the game, and if you'd like to help out in translating wordlists it would be greatly appreciated. (Keeping in mind we already have BR translations done) ~Squeekmouse and Shamousey :-) Official, can use the Module suggestions thread, official thread in Modules, or the map submission depending on what the user needs to do. |

Arber a dit : Silverknives a dit : Arber and Silverknives, thanks for the submissions but these two maps don't have enough character we feel for current rotation; and the alignment is off in a few places. Thanks, and I hope you try again! :D Firebluestar a dit : We're not going to share the current word list, but suggest whatever you can and I'll go over it to make sure there are no duplicates. Eliotn a dit : Thanks for the links, but actually I'd already gone over those ;) Vivihi a dit : Since the minigame isn't currently an official module, it might end up as a regular room from time to time. Whisper myself or Squeek if it's like that, and I'm sure either of us will put it up! Beavisjr a dit : The thing is, it was only hard to move and stuff before because portals needed to be used as mice couldn't be teleported. Now they can be teleported there can be funner maps without collision! :D Erikadeedee a dit : This isn't a suggestion, it's a thread for suggestions. Vivihi a dit : YES we do know, Squeek even said in the opening post that this is merely a remake. Haruhitastic a dit : ;_; Haru And as said, we're not going to share the word list, there's honestly no need to - people can guess ingame from what's drawn. Squeekmouse a dit : qt Nhudbgnbvndh a dit : Take a look in /room *#pictionary and see. |

Nhudbgnbvndh a dit : This map still looks a little stale and like it's just random things put together, sorry. Eliotn a dit : Oh that's awesome, thanks for this list! I'm sure a lot of these words will be too difficult for pictionary with anchors, but I'll be sure to incorporate most of them. Once again, thanks! Grejfrutek a dit : I think some of these will be too difficult, I tend to shy away from two words to draw, especially things like "broken window" (it could be smashed window, or many other things too), and countries are generally hard to draw even semi-accurately, for most people. Still, some nice words there, thanks! |
