I think Wingedflight means changing how ignoring someone works so that once you ignore someone (whether online or offline) that person remains ignored until the player un-ignores someone themselves. Kind of like an ignore list, right? Otherwise, yeah it doesn't really make sense. =/

Because technically if you unignore the person, it wouldn't be permanent so...
