Since, for some reason, users can still whisper someone while receiving whispers is disabled with /silence, I suggest users get a message like "Note: Your whispers are disabled" after the first time they whisper someone while whispers are disabled to hopefully curb this minor yet frequent annoyance.

That or, you know, not being able to send whispers when /silenced at all, just like it used to be. Either one.

./silence - blocks only strangers' whispers [Not blocking friends' whispers]
./silence* - blocks any whispers includes your friends'

The reason is obvious, you shouldn't be able to whisper other people without giving them the chance to reply.

As for the two different whisper-types, you should then perhaps not be able to whisper to strangers while having the stranger whisper enabled and not be able to whisper anyone with the full silence enabled.

issues can go as long as I don't know... 20 years if it must. you cant expect of one year later and say "oh its no longer a issue"(I didn't say that you said it, so don't take it offensively). its issues to new and old tfm players of the game (unless it was permanently fixed) but I see where you are going there. they now implanted it in the game so I think this issue should be gone and done.
