Haii I'm Neko! I don't draw SUPER well but I'd like to give it a try. The only thing I can use currently is paint. :\ (I do not do animes, super bad at them when It comes to paint. (My tablet broke..) I can make pictures more clearly now. :3 I was looking around and saw some post that said something like, "PNG is awesome! JPG just messes up the picture completly." So I started using PNG. o3o But you can still have JPG arts instead. :3 (I'll get pencil media as soon as I get a camera, that's a long wait.)
