/silence disables whispers from strangers
/silence* disables all whispers
/silence** disables international whispers (your current language server only)

Basically, I'm proposing a third function for the silence command: language server silence. This would work like /silence (friends can still PM you), but only for other language servers, so you'd still receive, for example, EN whispers if you're in EN.

Why?
Well, to be honest, I can't think of a reason for everyone to use this, but for (semi-)"popular" players (P1+ maps, good stats, name happens to be announced in an event... lul) this would be extremely useful. I personally love to help people with all mapmaking questions, and those are the kinds of questions I get asked... unfortunately 90% of the time in a language I do not understand. Clearly I can't answer those questions because I don't speak the language, but all EN questions I can answer and help people with. Likewise for mapmakers and others who receive lots of questions in other language servers. I bet even some map crew would be willing to stop using silence to help sometimes, lul... but not many.

Generally this would help people who want to help but mostly can't because of language barriers and therefore have to resort to full /silence to keep out the "spam."
