I was thinking of a Spiritual Chief skill. With this skill, the shaman gets a bonus to freeze everyone for 4s. This bonus boosts its time by 4s every skill point invested into it (up to 5). This could be useful when the shaman wants to prevent rushing, there is an unclear hazard or he simply needs some space.

TL;DR.

Everyone gets frozen for 4s. With every skill point invested into this skill, it increases by 4s (4s, 8s, 12s, 16s, 20s)

No, they don't beomce ice blocks. They simply just freeze there tinted blue.

support, probably gonna link to this skill in my suggestions when I get around to making them.

For this skill to work it should also disable collision between mice and items (to prevent shamans from easily cannoning mice while they freeze), and it should preserve velocity (to give mice the opportunity to recover if they were in the middle of the wall jump, and prevent them from falling). It might also be an interesting idea to freeze time for all objects themselves and make them static (so the shaman can easily place a clutch anchor, or do cool tricks such as placing a crate and jumping on it before the time runs out.

Still, this skill looks really powerful. I would probably nerf the duration of the effect a bit, to a cap of 10-15 seconds, and make this close to a capstone skill.

They'd need to add a skill to all trees then, or replace a Spiritual guide skill.

Otherwise it'd be lop-sided.

Exactly what Eliotn said, except even 10 - 15 seconds is a bit much. Around 8 seconds max is probably better. Also in collision maps it would be annoying to have frozen mice blocking your path, so perhaps allowing items to pass through frozen mice AND shamans to pass through frozen mice would be even better.
The only problem I can think of with this idea is that if mice are on a piece of wood that isn't stated properly and then all frozen, the wood would bounce up from the release of weight, passing through all of the mice. Once unfrozen, all of the mice will fall to their deaths. :/

The plan was so mice are simply stuck into that spot. They can't be moved in any matter. They can't be teleported, can't enter the hole, can't collect cheese. The shaman can also pass through all of them. This way, he can work in peace.
