What are the Helpers?
The Helpers are users selected by CFM to help users of Transformice in any way possible. Established on September 20th, 2011 by How, the group has now expanded to all communities and runs stronger than ever.

How can I contact a Helper?
To view Helpers online in all communities, you can check this link. Otherwise, simply type /c Cfmbot helperlist and you'll receive a response from the bot with a list of Helpers online in your community.

How do you become a Helper?
You go through an application process similar to the mod or sentinel application process here. Check this thread on CFM for updates on when they're open!

Are you currently seeking Helpers?
At this time, applications for the EN team are closed! For information on other communities, check their respective threads.

Are Helpers mods?
NO! Helpers are only people who answer questions. They cannot ban or mute problematic players, only advise you what to do. If at any time you need a moderator, use the in-game report function or /c Cfmbot modlist.

Who are the leaders of the Helpers?
The leaders of all helpers is Shambelbabel (RU + INTL), Haruhitastic (EN + INTL) and Ratacp (ES + INTL). For other communities, check respective topics. You can also view this thread for information and lists of Leaders for communities.

Who do I speak with regarding any issues with the Helpers?
Speak with a leader or subleader and be as clear and concise about what your issue is/was. We will try our best to resolve the issue and make everyone happy!
