If you were muted there's still the chance you could spam or flood with !commands if they're not hidden, so I agree that the commands should still work but should be hidden. Well in games such as pictionary there would have to be complete freedom of writing due to the variety of words. If you are muted, you should have to suffer the complete consequences of the mute. And if the commands were hidden, there would be lots of confusion in games such as traitor and pictionary. |

That's a fair enough point. There are of course a few options here that I see: don't let muted people use messages at all (I don't think this is a good option at all, for people that play minigames this is as good as a ban since they can't play), add a Lua function so that the developers can detect if people are muted or not and decide what to do for themselves (since it'll differ between different minigames), or just allow them to use !commands. |
