Spiritual Guide Tree: The FASTEST |

Alright, so I saw a thread claiming that the Mechanician Skill tree is useful for most situations. While it is indeed good for building and stabilizing bridges, said builds are still susceptible to breaking. Plus the nature of Transformice means that there will be too many rushers on many maps that your build will be rendered useless anyway. The SPIRITUAL GUIDE tree solves maps faster since they don't even require building in most cases. Here's a look at my Spiritual Guide tree at level 80: ![]() As you can see right off the bat, I have Unburstable which gives me *two* lives, instead of one. So in the event that I manage to kill myself, I get another chance to roll. I also have five revives, which could add up to five extra saves. The three hearts and four teleports often translates into seven faster and easier saves. For most scenarios though, the focal point of my solutions will be on SPRING, BOOST, AND CLOUD. If you thought my cloud thread made the game look easy, take a look at these solutions: Map 0 ![]() Only 1 spring and 1 boost, but they solve the map really really fast. Jump from under the spring and you'll have enough momentum to walljump the cheese ground. Then take the boost for a fast trip to the hole. Map 1 ![]() Just cloud the board. It can hold the weight of three anvils (3000 mass or at least 40 mice with cheese) no problem. Map 3 ![]() At the start, spawn the two springs and then the boost. You may leave an apple at the hole to cheese anyone who can't come up. Then use the boost+springs to fly to the cheese. Once there, just 1 boost is enough to get mice back to the hole. No scary lagbuilds needed. Map 4 ![]() Just one spring needed. If you want, you can add a cloud under the spring as a precaution for newer players. Map 5 ![]() Here you can see I dropped an apple right at the hole so I can stand at the cheese and cheese AFKers still standing at the hole. They get cheese, I get saves. Note: You need at least one save on the map to be able to give your cheese to other mice. So at least one mouse should be able to use your 1/2 springs to get to the top. Map 10 I showed this solution a while ago; here it is again. Step 1: ![]() Cloud + ghost apple + rune. The apple MUST BE on the LEFT side of the rune. Step 2: ![]() Summon a second cloud when the apple is almost over the cheese's grass. This will make the first cloud disappear, and drop the apple over the cheese. Step 3: ![]() Use the apple's range to build a bridge. Cloud for support, then plank for length. Then simply cannon/rune it over to the gap. ![]() Map 16 ![]() Two springs. That's enough to solve most vanilla go-up maps. Map 21 Here's one I saw my friends use. Step 1: ![]() Cloud the board to make sure it stays at the same Y coordinate. Step 2: ![]() Arrow anchor a balloon to the side to keep the right side up, then cannon the balloon. Step 3: ![]() Proceed to laugh at all the people who need to do wobbly builds on this map. Map 32 ![]() Ghost vertical cloud the cage to make sure it doesn't move around. Teleport one mouse to your location to unlock the ability to cheese mice. Cannon down so there's enough of the hole exposed to get mice wins once you cheese them. Map 39 ![]() Map 62 ![]() Map 68 ![]() Yeah, let's see those Wingers/Mechers make a hard mode solution as fast as this. Didn't even need springs. Map 81 ![]() Map 90 ![]() Map 92 ![]() Another challenge for you, Wingers/Mechers. :P Note: Cloud needs to be vertical, or else some ice cubes will slip through. Map 94: ![]() Map 99: ![]() If you're in a room full of skilled mice, this may be all you need. Map 115: ![]() SCIENCE! Cloud first, then V anchor, then ghost balloon, then anvil, then ghost J plank. Map 116: ![]() Cloud, then plank, then ghost plank, then arrow anchor, then cannon. Map 117: ![]() Botched builds due to bombs? Never again! Map 120: ![]() MAP 129 ![]() Just two springs, and a cloud for safety. The spring near the cheese will be enough to bring the mice to the grass ground. Any mouse not confident enough could be simply teleported back to the shaman's position, in this case RIGHT AT THE HOLE, which means insta-win. Map 130 ![]() Just one spring in the water under the cheese, then spring + boost to the left of the cheese. Try it out yourself! Map 131 ![]() Building stuff underwater often leads to the builds slapping the mice upon contact due to how the water mechanic works, pushing up the items which you force down into the water. Springs eliminate this threat. 3 springs to the hole = VROOMVROOMVROOM Map 132 ![]() Yeah, just look at that amount of time left when I completed my solution. Map 133 ![]() Vroomvroom. Map 134 ![]() 2 springs under cheese, and you're done. Map 136 ![]() Zzz... Disclaimer: The vanilla maps are solved with such speed because vanilla maps are inherently either easy, or poorly-designed. 2 springs won't work nearly as well for P4 or P8 maps. inb4 nerf by nubTig |

Correction: It's spiritual tree SHOWCASE, not guide... Do like some of the solution though |

As much as I love the springs, they take all of the fun of building away from the game for me, they feel too... cheap. |

I rendered the cloud useless concerning most maps, but now... I may reconsider redestributing my points to unlock the cloud skill. |

I didn't like the cloud when it first came out. Now I use it as a more stable airship when it's turned on its side. I really like its potential. But what I love the most are APPPLES. It saves me so much time! |

I've always loved the clouds. I use it as a second stablizer to my totem if needed, however a lot of the techniques here seem to take the fun out of building for me. Although the cloud itself had added a lot into building. In particular i've done variations of that map 21 build with clouds and it's so much easier than before clouds. The other skills just seem cheap, corner cutting, and OP. :P The spiritual guide tree is over-all superior but a LOT less fun imo. |

Appleluke a dit : I'm actually only traveling up the Mech tree for faster spawning, eagle eye, and glitches the new shaman items in that tier provide. x) I went for the sg first because the cloud is the ultimately superior glitch item. teehee |

Shamousey a dit : That's just how it is. Other skill trees need to show how they're helpful, whereas I need to be careful how much potential I show from the Spiritual Guide tree just to avoid getting it nerfed... again. That's right kids, you've only seen half of the Spiritual Guide's potential. The other half would be bridges with a cloud and apples. This thread is about showing some of the Spiritual Guide's potential but that's what it is: potential. If you don't like solving maps with springs, it's fine. But it'll always give you a quick backup plan in case your original build fails. How's that bad? Besides, if you wanted any challenge to building at all, why even get *any* skill? |

Some great solutions. I particularly like map 21 and 10. I've always tried getting the apple to the other side but couldn't think of a way o/ |

In my view, CTG just won the game. These solutions are possibly the only upside I see to this update when it comes to shamaning skills. |

The problems with these: Mice will usually jump on the boosts before you spawn the other nessacary ones Still, I use spiritual guide because cloud and apple are the best |

Xxninjazxx a dit : True. That's why I added the apples at the hole, remember? I can just cheese those mice from the cheese itself. I just re-cheese and then give it again. Repeat process until all mice have cheese. |
