Too far scroll bar

I've noticed something.

The scroll bar is too far to the right, or it's part of the new update.

Whether it's just me.

I think It's apart of the new update .-.

It looked that way because I have it too

It is an update to the chat box, yes.

Based on the screenshots from the Announcements, this appears to be the case.
