Hi. I've just realized if TFM tested something. Why they didn't create a test server to test their stuffs?
Hmm, about the test server:
Test Server is not the same as other server, if the Test Server restarted, the other server will not restarted since it is a testing zone, not a public server.
Events and other "secret" things can be tested on their own private test server, but regular updates should be tested on a public one, so the people who are really interested in it can give feedback and try it instead of forcing it on everyone. It would make less "angry" players and they would get better and more precise feedback from those who want to and would like to give.

if the server restarts every server go down automaticly sorry! that wont really work.

They already have a test server at the office for all of the admins to use and test updates on. If you're suggesting for others (possibly mods?) to be able to test features too on a test server, that's been suggested many times before and probably won't happen.
