No clothing actually affects the gameplay. The only difference I could see is a large shop item like the gas mask or Lenneth Helm getting in the way occasionally.

The effect of walljumping with clothes does not affect me if I'm the only one wearing clothes (i.e. "Show other player's outfits" is switched off).
However, I find it quite distracting when every player has an outfit so that's why I prefer the option to only show my outfit and the option of using /watch :3

None do.... Its just extra animation, but cheese does wiegh you down.

The umbrella makes my walljump complete crap.
That's why I never wear it.

when I wear my explorer hat I tend to gain several firsts or so by luck
and when I wear my mask for some reason I lag a lot (yet I wear it all the time)

I get luck with the greek thing with leafs for the head and white color
