Why would you need a programmer?

Knows HTML5? Think you mean JavaScript, bro. JS covers all HTML5 canvas functionality.

If you want to make a tiny game and can provide all of the artwork and I think it looks good, I wouldn't mind giving you some sauce. I've worked with JS for years and my methods are very advanced (in a good, organized way, that is; not confusing).

Seeing as you said HTML5, I assume you want to make something for canvas. I happen to have a nice little function to handle spritesheets on canvas already from previous projects.
