Spring Transformice Farmers' Union [S.T.F.U.] presents the Shaman EXP calculator. It is a tool players can use to track how much progress they've made to level 100. This may be helpful in planning out, setting daily targets, and even determining how far out you are ahead of someone, in terms of EXP.

Before you tinker around and mess with my creation, allow me to give a brief explanation of the assumptions I used, and how to use the EXP calculator.

Assumptions:
1. The EXP earning rate from level 1 through 30 is irrelevant, and thus is not converted. Indeed, the total EXP earned from level 1 through level 30 comprises less than one percent of the Total EXP needed to reach level 100.
2. You are not a hacker.
3. The cheese and save ratios here are approximations of your average ratios since EXP came out. Using data back from when you first played, or only using data from your best days may distort data by 1% to 5%, depending on how badly you estimate.

Your current level is where you input your shaman level. Please put a positive integer [whole number] not higher than 100. The calculator does not accept words, so please use "69", instead of "sixty-nine".

EXP on level shows how much EXP you have earned on your current level. It is displayed in a popup whenever you earn cheese or shaman saves.



For the player who took this screenshot, the "EXP to levelup" is 13,272.

Cheese ratio is the number of rounds where you successfully return cheese to the hole, divided by the number of total rounds you have played, excluding bootcamp rooms.

Shaman save ratio is the total number of mice who have returned cheese to your shaman holes, divided by the number of total rounds you have played, excluding bootcamp rooms.

Once you have finished inputting your data, you may check the results [HERE].



Timestamp shows the time and date when you entered your information on the Input area. All times are in GMT. Username is the name you entered earlier. You can use these to determine which information is yours.

As you can see, we opted not to disclose to others your level, and other ratios. We decided that we might as well put some privacy things, even though they're probably available on cheese.formice anyway.

Save EXP to total EXP ratio displays how much of your EXP you earn from your shaman saves starting from level 61. This ratio is computed by dividing your shaman save ratio by the sum of your cheese and shaman save ratio. It is used in the computation to show the effects the doubling of shaman EXP starting that level.

Total EXP earned shows how much shaman EXP you have earned since the beginning of time.

Total effective EXP earned factors in how fast you shaman. Upon reaching level 61, the amount of EXP from shaman saves doubles. So once you reach level 61, the more often you can get shaman saves relative to how often you get cheese, the faster you can get to level 100. This is where we compute the Shaman EXP bonus you also see on the sheet.

This number is irrelevant to players who earn EXP exclusively with regular mouse play, such as racing rooms.

% of the way to level 100 shows how far your progress is to reach level 100. Reaching 100% here means you have reached level 100.

It would be really nice if people only input numbers into the grey area on the User Interface sheet. The calculator is a public place I made for everyone's benefit. If you defile the spreadsheet, I can restore a previous version quite easily, but keep in mind you're being a jerk to other players who just want to see how far they have come. If you want to mess with spreadsheets, you're free to start your own.

How the heck do I use the spreadsheet? and how do I get the total rounds I have played?

also, you get exp from shaman thief map but you don't get saves, you might want to take that into account.

Yep. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get the protect function of Google docs to work properly, or that it doesn't work at all. Currently, the only thing I can really do against idiot vandals is to "restore previous version", which should work properly.

I added a quick fix where at least users can no longer edit the contents of the labels. Though there's still a bit of vulnerability, I hope it's enough to deter most would-be vandals.
