Even thought this was reported to Tig im posting this to keep track of it and also others with same problem can share more info or know why is this happening.

So far theres 2 bugs happening to me and others:

-Reporting: Our reports dont count. We can report and get the report message but our resports wont add to the list. This also prevents us from getting karma points.

-Unlocking titles: Since the stars were added to old titles i cant unlock them, instead i do get this titles:
