how do you make a fanart and post it?

You draw fanart in your computer (with programs like Photoshop or SAI) and a tablet. To post your art you can create a new thread (the button is bellow the list), upload your art pictures to a site like imageshack,imgur,photobucket and just post a link to them. Sadly, you can't upload or use [IMG] bb code tag right now, so posting a link to your image is the only way :(
