I think we can agree that it's a pain in the butt when people play the same annoying song over and over again to troll. I believe that the skip feature is good, but it is not utilized. This is why I believe that to prevent this, there needs to be a limit on how many times a person can play a certain video per day. My thoughts are that any one user can only play the any given video once per day per room. For example, if I want to play a certain video for a second time in a 24 hour span, I must go to a different room to play it. This will prevent trolls playing annoying videos all the time.

No, it's also annoying because your song never gets to play because the queue is full of the same video over and over. You never get to hear your vid.

I think we should just have this loop-preventer so you can only play it once every two videos.

I am not suggesting a skip command. I am saying the one that has already been implemented doesn't work. My suggestion is that a user can only play any given song once per day per room. For example, if I want to troll room music1 and play Never gonna Give you up, I could only play that song once in that room per day. If I wanted to play it again within a 24 hour period, I would have to go to a different room; I could not play it in music1 again that day.

I see your point, but people can make more than one account. Would this be a once per day for every IP adress or once per account?

Hmm... Good point... Probably by IP.

That's useless if you have a dynamic IP.
System should just recognize a song has already been played via link and limit it to maybe every one or two hours.
