I disabled my whispers; nonetheless, i keep getting whispers from players who are not in my friendlist.

If you're relying on the bug that logs you in while silenced, it doesn't block whispers.
Also, I'd prefer proper screenshotted proof, including a view of your friends list, that this is happening.

I disabled my whispers just after i logged in. While playing that guy whispered to me then i used the feature /Silence again thinking that "Didn't i disable my whispers??". As you can see in the screenshot, i did it already though.

You are not following my request, so I can't 100% determine this isn't a fake report and that you could've had the user on your friends list. If you (or anyone else) experience this issue again, please take a screenshot with a view of both the chat box and the friends list.

LOL i did everything you had wanted. Do you want to see the full list of my friendlist? i already showed all the list that starting with 'A'. What do you want more seriously?

This bug happened to me before, base on my observation, this bug will happen after the platform crashed (broken whisper, tribe chats etc ... ) when everything is back and working correctly, "/silence" will be reset.

Yeah. Either use /silence or /silence*

She has a personal problem with me that is why she acted like that...

This isn't fixed yet it really annoying someone whisper to me on /silence but s/he aren't on my friend list. I believe Community Platform has reset everytimes during turn off on /silence or /silence* or broken during /silence or /silence* ._.;

The bug Xvicki is talking about is unlike the current one that has been around since May 27.
The former one occurs when the community platform crashes and then restarts by itself as Okamicarl explained:

The latter one also causes silence feature to turn off. And what's worse, forums and platform stop working temporarily. In the worst situation it keeps happening every 3 to 5 mins. Certain players' last connection time on your friendslist tell exactly the same every time it happens.
It seems there is still a huge problem going on behind these mentioned above, like the connection issue with Egyptian people.

So.. ADMINISTRATORS, please do inspect the server in greater detail, BEFORE IT BREAKS DOWN.
