Excuse me my old account got stolen in 2016 end and after i tried to contact the forum support few times to get it back but no one answered :) and last time i contact a support and answered they said the account is permanant banned and they won't get it back so how can i get my banned account and stolen back can anyone help me with that please?

Hi There! If you'd like to report a false ban or an account recovery, you should send a PM to any staff member in your community, or on the TFM discord server!

yeah i can see the problem why. and as it goes for stolen/hacked accounts usually recovery chances are near to 0 here sadly. even if you get in unbanned, then good luck figuring of logging on there. having it stolen and banned is probably a perfect combo to RIP ur acc.

If you didn't receive a response from the contact form, make sure you fully read the instructions on the contact page and provide as much information as possible to prove the account was yours. If you still don't get a response within a week, you can contact a moderator (listed in the Staff FAQ) and they will be able to assist.
