I was recently banned from Transformice for 360 hours. The reason, you ask? Well, the player Nirvana#7288 got into my account without autorization at 1 AM. She literally told everyone that it was her on my account and got banned on MY account for 360 hours. I am very angry at the mods for not doing anything about the situation. This was the message I received from a mod.
You were banned by a private mod, so don't worry you can still talk to me (or any other EN/E2 mod about the situation).

I've talked with the other members of my staff team and we've decided that unfortunately your account will not be unbanned.
Sharing your password is never recommended, and Nirvana was seen making it obvious their own account was banned while using yours. Your account is also seen to have a history of other users signing into it, which has led the staff team to believe this was not just a one-off occurrence.

Please be very careful in who you trust and make friends with, and please make sure your password is a strong one that is NEVER shared with anyone else no matter what. While your account won't be unbanned, please try and learn from the situation so that it doesn't happen again, I'd hate to see you banned for someone using your account again.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

This is a burocracy. A BUROCRACY. I can't actually believe i'm gonna be banned on my birthday (08/20). Do you think this was a fair ban? Because I do not think it was. Nirvana#7288 entered my account with NO permission and all she got was more ban hours while i got a 360 ban hours for "Ban Evading" when I did not give Nirvana permission nor did know she had been entering my account this whole time.

I'll probably get warned/muted for this but I do not care. Thank you very much Nirvana for ruining my birthday. I trusted you from the bottom of my heart and you come into my account withou my knowledge AND permision to do this to me? Stop being your cynical self. After that happened you only said "oh well".

This was all. Leave your toughts down bellow. I am devastated.

Yeah, but you got to agree what she did was way worse. And the mods didn't help me at all.

The company makes it clear that a ban that results from someone else breaking the rules on your own account will not be revoked, which is why you should protect your password and keep your account to yourself:

a dit :
If you didn't break any of the rules, have you shared your Atelier 801 or email account password with anyone else? If someone else has access to your account, it's possible that they may have broken the rules. You should always keep your account secure so that only yourself has access to it, otherwise your account is liable to be banned for other people's actions and will not be unbanned.

The mods can't help you with something like this. Sharing an account is against the rules. You can't blame the person who entered your account or the one whom you've given it to, as it's your own fault for entrusting it.

Be happy that it's not a permanent ban at least.

Never share your account kids. And if you really really have to, share it with someone mature enough to trust them to behave.

Hi there! if you have and issue with a member of the staff team, you can fill out a Contact Form for the admins to see, this way they can handle the staff member that has made your disapproval, you can also post on the Staff FAQ this is where most staff can help you, you can ALSO go to the Transformice Discord Server But it isn't recommended to make spam / ban appeal threads

Yasuo a dit :
Sharing an account is against the rules.

No. It's not recommended, but it's not against the rules to do so. If you choose to share your account then, as the owner of the account, you will still be held accountable for the behavior and actions of whoever you shared your account with.

Staff you can see that ban appeals are not that popular. Trying to link to the ban appeal thread when you get banned at the very least.

Hi. There isn't need to make two topics about your ban. You can reach out a modo on Discord or Atelier PMs. If you have an issue with a member like what said above you can fill out a Contact Form.

Please read the Why am I banned? thread and follow the instructions by contacting a moderator, creating a thread about it on the forums will not help appeal the ban.
