Kay so uh idk if the bugs section is fine for this thread but anyways i was playing tfm on puffin browseron mobile and the page randomly refreshed when i re logged in i got ip for 92 hours (4 days) and the reason was "nieodpowiednia nazwa" which in polish meant wrong name

First of all, Puffin works by using VPN which means your IP address changes every time you load the browser (or on each new page, not sure exactly);
Therefore, you probably did not get banned, someone else got themselves banned from that network which you stumbled upon. Try reloading a few times and you'll be good, I think;

Secondly, this is not the right section to appeal bans, the Staff Contact thread is.

P.S. I guess Puffin flash version still works then, lol
