About the house, I think its enough with a house you can decorate or maybe take care of (decorate like a separate editor for the house or by buying furniture from the shop to decorate it!)... Like a tribe house but for yourself to friends/people visit or enter with an invitation.
Instead of having a car, trains, cities... Something more simple instead of adding all that, bc I think it's too much and I don't think the game wants to add mice riding cars... I dont see it very possible hehe.
