I restarted for macOS update 14.1.1, force-quitting without having responded to the prompt and now Transformice lists having unsuccessfully requested access under Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone; have not been prompted for microphone access in macOS Version 12.7.1 yet.

Why on earth would TFM need microphone access? As far as I can tell, there is nothing in the game that would require - or even be able to use - a microphone. Is that something specific to the Steam client or whatever?

I guess if that message comes up again, you can just click "don't allow", since I really don't see how a microphone would be useful in the game, and it could be a potential privacy concern.

Most talk about TFM issues seems to be done on Discord these days, but I don't have an account there. It would be interesting to know if other players have the same problem, and if this microphone thing was intentional or a bug (either in the game or in MacOS).
