For the past several days now, when I attempt to buy fraise, Paypal is the only option which appears. Unfortunately I couldn't even use Paypal if I wanted too, as I already have the money I want to spend in my Steam account.

This company is a company that protects against fraud and is therefore the only and safe option in addition the age allowed to use paypal is 18

Is this a recent change in policy then? Because I've always used Steam without issue in the past.
