when I go to my profile, there is no picture. when I try and upload one, it loads and doesn't give me any error messages but yet nothing appears in my profile icon still. I know pfps were down a little bit ago, but I did notice that in game loads of peoples seem to be working just fine. wondering if it's something on my end, and if anybody can help me :) thanks!

profile pictures on the forum seem to load differently between browsers and operating systems, at least in my experience, but uploading profile pictures can be done by typing /avatar as a command through chat in-game

if you encounter this in-game, try uploading an image smaller than 512 kilobytes -- the only feedback from the /avatar command will come from having successfully uploading a small-enough image in a compatible file format (no error message will display for incompatible or too-large files)

I'm also having trouble with this, and nothing I've tried worked

/avatar makes nothing come up for me! one time it opened up to my files, I selected an image and then nothing happened. every other time I try /avatar nothing comes up at all

I noticed that the /avatar command only works when you play Transformice under Steam or with the official Adobe Air client.

Try doing that and see if it works.
