As the title suggests, why are tribes with 0 players still in them not dissolved by default?

those tribes likely were dissolved
i dissolved a tribe i used to own, and the tribe itself, logo, and profile presentation still exist. there are no members, and i do not have the ability to make any changes to its forum profile
