i got a 30 day ban for swearing twice and the mod i spoke to about it told me "do you really think thats appropriate to say on a childrens game?" but then ghosted me when i asked why the toggleable profanity filter exists.

citing the guidelines and rules thread:

i didnt think using one swear as a word modifier and another as a noun in a manner that is not insulting or provoking anyone would be considered "excessive". ive tried for the past 30 days to contact the staff member who administered the ban, but they are ignoring me :( the mod i previously spoke to told me that said staff member has been checking their inbox frequently and is aware of my contact attempts. i tried sending another message thread in case it just didnt go through, but there is still no response

Most players are 18 and above , there is no children in this game , even there is just few. seem like the staff are disrespectful. At least say something rather then ignoring.

You are more than free to dm someone else so they can double check the sanction

i spoke to elk over discord about it, hes the one who told me "do you think thats appropriate to say". and matza is the one who administered the ban. elk told me only matza could do anything about it

the ban message said ive displayed "consistent toxic behavior since 2017". i was a prepubescent child in 2017, im an adult now. i used to get banned all the time as a little kid but i hardly get banned anymore, and when i do its nowhere near for reasons as severe as they used to be. thats not "consistent" at all

which is to say that yes, i did dm someone else to check the sanction. after waiting 2 weeks for a reply from matza, i messaged elk on discord. hes the one who told me "do you think thats appropriate to say on a kids game" and ghosted me when i asked about the profanity filter.

Twisted#0010 mod does the same thing. It abuses its powers and goes against the USA constitution. This mod is a terrorist.

FYI, this isn't a game made by the USA, it's a game from Atelier801, a French company.

Hopefully a staff member can clarify the reasoning behind the punishment and respond to your messages soon!!
