I don't think the update's going to be next week but so far it seems like everythings going quite well and the majority of it is in place. Things can change pretty quickly so it could come out tomorrow or it could come out next month. Who knows? I'm curious of what the blank icons are going to be and of course this just says to me that there's still alot to do. Unless the skills are already in place and we just don't know it. A good example would be the ice/chocolate planks and how they're not really there. This could mean they're not going to be implimented but I feel like they would fit on the very right tree in the 2 blank icons that have 0/1. Also I just realised that in the middle tree there's a ice block with a plus sign on it. That could be the planks too but it could also be more ice cubes? Again, who knows. Still hoping a few of the skills from the other tree's will still be choosable even if you aren't in that tree. Not all of them just a select few. |

Shadowwinter a dit : Having the interface (and the skill tree) show the icons is really, less than 10% of the work lol. Making so you can actually add points to them, making so it saves the skills to the database, making the skills actually work as they are supposed to, that's the real work. |

I'm sure the menu interface is working for the shaman items because look at the screenshot and how there are 3 slots instead of just 2. I'm sure the skill tree will be in the shaman mode menus as well. The rest I don't know about, honestly. I'm sure the rest of the work is adding the points, saving the skills, filling in the blank skills and figuring out how the exp system is going to work. Again, the majority from what I can see is done pretty much, if not at least half. But to be honest I'm just basing it off what I've seen and what's been said by the admins. |

Shadowwinter a dit : You're missing santah's point. I could draw a GUI and add 40 skill images to it, but that wouldn't mean that they are actually working already. From what I have seen just apples/sheeps/ice/chocolate/flying/transformation work. that's 6 out of how much skills exactly? All I'm saying is that the GUI and the actual implementation of code are 2 entirely different things, and we can't judge progress based on this one image we have. |

Baasbase a dit : I've seen Flying, Apples, Sheep, Speed ring, Spring Ring, Teleporting, reviving dead mice, reivivng yourself, teleporting mice, faster floating balloons, ice and chocolate planks, faster spawning, inverted spirit, mutli-ball spawns, transforming, more powerful ruins, also looking at this video right now a bigger spawn range, and much much more that I can't explain at the moment. That still sounds like a majority of the skills. I'm not basing it on an image I'm basing it off of what I've seen Tig do in-game so far. :p Now let me rephrase what I said. I know there's more coding to do for the skills and implimentation of the system, just the majority of the 'skills' seem to be complete and working. |
