To the people who clearly do not understand the concept of this suggestion, I advise you READ:

Meep is abused by so many shamans way too much. I think we can all agree on that note.
If you did not play Transformice before the meeping ability was implemented, then you will never know that shamans were a lot better at killing others because they didn't have meep. And the same could go for now if the feature was removed.
Personally, meeping ruins survivor and the whole purpose of the game module.

Wait, I just had an idea, why not have meep as a skill? That would fix this pretty good. :)

I really like the idea, but if a person cannons themselves without the 'summon while moving' skill, they will die. I mean, meep was there for a reason. Huggers. It's just that I know someone will harass me for this, but I love doing meep. Really, like isn't the point of survivor killing the mice? So what, who cares if the people get mad at you. They are just sad that they died. But this is my honest opinion, lovelies <33

I miss the old survivor and it's called survivor not tag. It's annoying how some shamans chase the mice and meep them, what's the point of cannons if you do that??

Meep has always been useless to me and when I make a plank ghost people yell "NOOB NMEEEP!!!!!1!1!!!". Besides, meep is really annoying.

I agree no more meeps. When I wanna do a invisible plank and I just favoed some one... BAM! Meep and they die. .-.

No support! I love the meep. I know it's almost like shamans hug the mice now but you have to learn to avoid it. Some of you are just upset it killed you and such, plus it can be useful for the mice in someways if you jump over the shaman right when they meep. Maybe there can be a survivor room where there are no meeps. You would still earn cheese and stuff you just wouldn't have the meep power. Anyway this is just my opinion and I think it should stay... :')

Not everyone has Wind Master skills. I've seen lots of new people still struggling of huggers and can't deal with them.
