Jordynl a dit : The problem is that this is something that you should have been able to do from day 1 in tfm for free. It's been suggested almost since the shop was released and now that it has appeared it costs a ridiculous amount of cheese/fraises to enjoy. What makes it worse is that it was added as an apology. It's like saying "I'll say sorry to you, but you have to pay for my train ticket to meet up with you and say sorry, if you don't then you dont get an apology." Jordynl a dit : They have the furs. This was added as an APOLOGY - as the admins themselves have said and yet they want us to spend cheese/fraises to be able to enjoy their "apology"... It's not an apology, it's another ploy to get us to spend money on their game and it's an insult. |

Jordynl a dit : This is the wrong item/function to charge lots of cheese for (and fraise). Also, what Holycheeze said. |

tig has a bad calculation on price :I anywhozyz the company can be small but pay is still high. so...... i cant blame them, i mean i am just a child blindly talking about finance but if they want to continue they gotta find a way to earn. and we can see this isnt really helping. and since i cant think of suggestions to help them so lets wait until someone has a good good idea for them to earn money so tfm can survive AS WELL AS THE STAFF. . I am not sure if talking like the text above is a good idea :/ |

Before you start reading, I warn you that there will most probably be a lot of repetition of what has already been said by me and Sydoline. So, if you have already read what we have written on this thread, I apologize for harping on the same facts and kindly ask you not to call me granny Loukno :) In order to simplify your reading and make it faster for you, I chose to classify everything by type of question. Why not make the saving outfit feature fully free? We didn’t make this feature fully free because of memory problems. If we gave each player the 20 slots for free, the game memory wouldn’t be able to handle it. In order to make it bearable for the game, we had two choices. First one was to give only 2 slots per player. Instead, we chose to make 1 spot available for every player, the second one for more active players (as not everyone as 1k cheese), and the following slots for the players who are the most involved in the game (as they play much more, they will have more outfits to save and they’ll have more cheese than less involved players). As a matter of fact, most players will only purchase and use one to two spots. This enables to balance with more involved players who will need and have more than 2 spots. Why not make the 1st, 2nd and 3rd slots cheaper, such as 50, 100, and 150 cheese? The game can’t handle too much players having too many slots activated (more than 2 per player). We had then 2 solutions to solve that memory problem. Either give everyone only and only 2 slots, or balance between players. Many will choose to have 1 to 2 slots, the few others will then be able to have more slots. That’s why, the 1st slot has been made available to everyone (the game can handle that much) and other slots are available to more involved players who have more cheese and more clothes. In fact, less involved players, I mean players who don’t play a lot or are new to it won’t have the need for 20 slots. This feature was implemented on the request of the most involved players in the game, who are, for a fact, on the forum for the most of them. We didn’t want to give them only 2 slots. We wanted them to have many possibilities as they could. So we chose to make these slots more accessible to involved players and less accessible to less involved players. 50, 100, 150 cheese is too easily accessible to low involved players. Same goes with the other aspects of the game. Only really involved players can get 10k titles, bootcamp titles, 4001 cheese hat, or level 100 chaman (which should take 2 years to reach to regular players). This feature should be free as it was added as an apology. Plus, it’s a really necessary feature in game. As an apology, we’ve decided to only work for one week on the most wanted feature. We could have decided to only fix bugs, only work on anti-hack patches, or again work more on incoming games. But we’ve chosen to give you features that you’ll be able to see and enjoy immediately. These last few days, we’ve added name highlights in chat, slots to save outfits and module in tribes. With the regular working schedule, we would have had to postpone this kind of feature in order to focus on more “underwater” features. To you, adding this kind of features only take 5 minutes, the time to wait for the maintenance screen to be over. But to us, it’s at least one day job on each feature. This means one day less to fix bugs, to make anti-hack patches, to work on upcoming games and events and so on. There’s only one developer for all Transformice and that’s why we have to rationalize time and fix priorities. So, yes, as an apology we’ve decided to work only on “visible” features, features you wanted. Secondly, the shop and its features are optional, meaning there are not necessary to play Transformice. They’re not part of the gameplay which will never be purchasable. We’ve chosen to always be fair in our game, to never favor a player over the other in the gameplay. That’s why you can’t purchase firsts, titles, or any art of the gameplay. That’s why you can only purchase cosmetics aspects of the game. That’s why you can always purchase everything for free in cheese. 1k cheese to save 20s is way too much and useless. In Transformice, time is always rewarding. You have to take time to win titles, you have to take to purchase an item in the shop, you have to take to master shaman skills and walljump, and you have to take time to earn 1k cheese. Time implies involvement. And we want to thanks involved players. Fraises enable us to make Transformice possible. We want to thanks involved players who support us that way. There have always been things only available to most involved players such as the 4001 cheese hat. Slots are the same. We don’t force you to buy these slots. You can either choose to buy one or not. You can choose to buy one in Fraises or not. We don’t oblige you to do anything. You always have the choice to keep going as before and use 20 seconds to save an outfit. One slot, even if you can change the outfit saved as many times as you want is useless. This means you’ll always change the outfit, hence always have to remember previous outfits. You can enjoy having your fave outfit saved all time and change once in a while your items. You don’t have to remember colors for this peculiar outfit anymore. This means you have one outfit saved for good and can change as many time as you want items. You know this one, you favorite, is saved for good. And if it doesn’t please you anymore, you can always change it again. The personalization only save the last color (again because of memory problems), but this is useful as you don’t have to always redo the color as soon as you change items. Everything will be purchasable in Transformice then? Only cosmetics aspects (and not all of them) will ever be purchasable, the ones that don’t give an unfair advantage to some players. Transformice gameplay is not for sale. |

And again I'll ask: if database space was an issue why did you expand the friends list from 200 to 500? |

jeeus why did you quote the whole thing They're not "unobtainable." I know a lot of users who have received two of those three items and didn't even go to JapanExpo. |

Haruhitastic a dit : generally unobtainable... anywhos to your previous question its probably cause the friends list is fused with the future games that will come by |

it's still database space that could be used for other things. |
