Thats not even what teleportation is at all, teleportation is all about angles.

Your saying if you step on a 9999 restitutuion ground and theres one above or below it or on either sides that has the same X or Y axis you will be teleported to that one.

Thats not even near the case.

Think about my map @2784715, when you go into the gun is there apparently another ground at the same angle of it the your teleported to? No? Well theres a reason, teleportation deals with 3 things, 1 restiution, 2 angles, and 3, 2-4 grounds, A sender and a reciever or a send receiver and two fillers.

When you use the two ground meathod shown here:

It's actualy the same exact way in the Halo map I have, the proses is this

1. Hit a ground with extremely high restiution
2. Hit another ground with extremely high restuition, your mouse will bounce off at a mirror angle, meaning if you went into that ground at 45 degrees, you would exit at 45 degrees heading to filler ground 2
3. Hit a ground with high restuition again, you are now traveling so fast when you hit that ground you go in the angle that ground you hit is facing (I do not know as to why this is, mabey a phisics glitch in TFM)
4. Where you hit next no matter the angle you will stop due to you traveling so fast, even if this ground has 9999 resuition you will still stop.

As you can see, due to traveling at a angle you have a range of saftey for your mouse, this is caused by having to travel into a area depending on where you started out (More mirror/light angles) so like in the halo map where everyone hits into one exact spot you can see that n order to control where you want the mouse to go you need to control where it starts, in this case, a gun barrel with the exact Lvalue of the mouse.

So the fact is you have to remember no matter if your using effect one or two, your hitting the grounds 3 times and then coming to a stop. It simply looks differant at first glace.

Everyone understand teleportation? I may have mastered it from knowing math/angles/phisics but I have no clue if I explained it well enough to understand....

Just make the ground your connecting it to dynamic, such as in @3438480, color joints are connected to a dynamic ground, that ground is connacted to a mech with a motor.

It's the same thing with non-dynamic grounds, theres nothing special, just connect the Zvalue.

You can use teleportation in any map, theres even maps in bootcamp all about teleportation. Fxie had one till she deleted it

Their job is not to post threads, they review maps posted on the submission threads. Once a good amount of maps have been rounded up then someone will review when they have the time. ^-^

You can't anchor the ground because it's actually invisible using o="ffffffff" color(via manually edited XML) and what you're actually seeing is a colored line, or in this case a dot like the ones made through Viprin's draw editor.

Colored line dot example:
<JD P2="448,122" c="324650,50,1,0" M2="2" M1="2" P1="448,121" />
Note:P1 and P2's coordinates can not be exactly the same (in other words it can't be a perfect dot) or it will get sent to the corner 0,0 when loaded.

Invisible ground example:

The point is that he doesn't want any anchors in that dynamic ground. I think you should search the cloud color and make it with the drawing tool or with rectangles like Scenery explained ^^

If you used background in mice items, make the background z axis 0

If you used a color ground with no mouse collission...... You can't atm
