TBH I always thought it was, since the boat always appeared whenever the fishing event started ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I found another bug: not all of the mice didn't make it to the hole (only 6 did it) due to either the time wasn't enough or it was skipped... is this meant to be for events, to make them fun or frustrating?!? Does a mod have an ability to skip maps? (since there was one in the room I was in EN2)
