For some weird reason i cannot seem to get C8. no matter what i do, i can't fish it, or trade for it. it seems to be one of the harder ones to get?

Have you tried the upper right pool on the fourth (bottom right) map? That's where you get C8.

I just have one minor problem, I counted all the Relic locations on that map (Including the C3) And it came to 41.

Did I count wrong or is one relic available in multiple places or?
