Sync based means that the map has a lot of random things involved. Such as mice pushing grounds and objects moving differently for players.

So sync based maps are maps which would display objects/grounds differently for other players. And every 2 seconds the those will be set to how they are as the syncroniser (first mouse in the room, or shaman). When that happens you will see a lot of teleporting. Thus the map is sync based.

How to check if your map is sync based. Test it and not be the shaman/first player in the room. If the grounds/objects move weird/teloport then you know it's bad.

How to prevent it? Use joints, and stable mechanisms. Anchors with boosts, so they are not easily effected by random events happening on the map. Consistancy is the word.

When a sham (AKA ME) builds, it freezes for 1 secound (needs to bulid, has water before hole. you'd sink if you got cheese and didn't build)

Which joints ? Have I to replace old links by any joints ?

P17 is racing, based on the racing minigame. The maps currently playing in racing rooms are the same ones that played in the racing minigame which it was based on. It has nothing to do with rejected P7s, the minigame was around long before there even was a P7 category.

not all p17's are in the original racing methinks.

Map crew wasn't told it was going to be added until ~20 minutes or so before the server restarted with the update, so some maps were temporarily added so the category wasn't empty when the update was implemented. The racing minigame maps were added after that, and the temporary maps have since been weeded out.
