It depends on the plant.
First of all, If your plant has weeds or bugs, it'll get 1 extra turn and then +1 turn until you remove it.

Flowers take 3 turns naturally.
Tomatoes can take 4.
Blueberries can take 5.
Grapes can take 5 or 6.

Lemons and peppers I'm not sure since I haven't grown them yet.

Lotus flower will take a minimum of 35-50 maps naturally, maybe 15-30 if you lose a decent amount of Fertilizers and watering cans.
