it sounds kinda confusing, like who would control it, or how would you keep it so everyone sees it fairly and someone doesnt turn it off in the middle of it? it just needs more explaination.

As long as there is the "skill" for it like "Can play music" add another thing above it as like "Can manage music" Also have a play list. Like it'll go you put in your link, it starts playing somebody puts in there link and it gets put "1. ________" Below the player.
