Yeah some people use dynamic ip so what about them?
There should be a Country IP Blacklist
You blacklist the person from the country.
So if they try to use a dynamic IP they cant because you Country IP blacklisted.
So whoever is in the country and tries to go on a tribe they cant as said above.
