If you know exactly who, please send information to me, another staff member, or the admins. Staff members don't have time to watch every single action taken by other staff, so if someone really is abusing bans, we won't know unless a player talks to us. Banning players for no good reason doesn't really make sense though. It creates more work for all of us, because then we have to deal with player ban appeals. Besides that, you shouldn't judge an entire group of people by the actions of one member!

I agree with this issue. I have been asking for help for over two years and only those who do not manage / mod did not help me. The staff is not active and of course full of protections and in my opinion even racist towards Israelis and I quote from FunCrop "Unfortunately, Israelis are not allowed to apply for mod / manager

just saw this thread today. i don't mean to be out of line, but why is nobody addressing what Cocoa said? the players care about the company's finances because if the company tanks, TFM tanks. every cent on fraises immediately becomes a waste to the player, which could be especially devastating to regular supporters. i realize this is a risk taken when spending money on anything digital, but i think the admins should at least direct more attention to the game their players are most personally and financially invested in.
i don't think Tig should ditch all his other projects, but myself and all other players i've spoken to feel TFM is neglected. we get recycled event after recycled event. i recently saw another player express that they felt Tig did not do anything for TFM unless he could make quick money off of it. i don't know if i agree with this, but i think it's worth noting that some players do feel this way.
i really want to support TFM financially, but it's difficult to support a game that feels largely ignored by its developers. i'm afraid the lost support of Flash will tank the playerbase so much that spending money now could be a total waste. this might not be the case if we had a bigger, more invested playerbase because the game gets more attention.
that's how i feel. i would appreciate any response about why i'm wrong about this or that.

EDIT: forgot to say this: what a company does or what it chooses to focus on has always affected its consumer-base. seeing A801 neglect TFM for the same old story makes players less inclined to come back, which will ultimately hurt both A801 and the TFM community.

This has previously been talked about a lot of times. As one person translated what Tig has said, he wants to improve or something like that, releasing more projects and so on.
Even i'm on the same opinion, that he should be more focused on TFM as its their main income, but there's nothing to be done about it. A mistake he had done multiple times, but we all are humans, aren't we? We are bound to make mistakes.
