It's not just a title anymore. It is a complete lack of respect from admins to players. Rather than "we have listened to your complaints and will see what can be done," we get "IT'S HOW IT IS IN REAL LIFE! IT'S LUCK JUST LIKE WHEN WE CELEBRATE IT! TOO BAD SO SAD."
It's basic retail work. The customer is always right. Of course, this can be abused easily, but in this case when you have an entire community of players screaming that administration is cocking up a good thing... yeah.

Alternatively: People can be mad for whatever reason. It might be "just a title" to you, but to others it is more. There's no need to piss on people for that.

I have to totally agree with this argument, atelier801 administration's key problem is probably listening to their players, they still keep arguing that it's random. They have to stop and think "who are our customers" "will this satisfy them?" And from there on, they have to satisfy their players. Sure...putting an event every week is a great strategy to push players into keep playing the game more often but they have to make sure the players are happy, since the players are the ones keeping this company up.

you just act like no one plays the game to collect things like titles or badges. i, being a collector myself, want the title as do so many other people.
you are speaking on a forum thread where everyone is unhappy with the luck based element and you expect not to be questioned and have angry and reasonable people come after you?
everyone has opinions but you haven't been listening to anyone's but your own. if you don't want people coming after you, listen to other people's (or a majority of other players) opinions.

I don't think I remember admins ever listening and actually improving the game using our opinions. What's going to change their minds? I mean it's a stingy company that doesn't ever use customer reviews and like every other game care about money.

They already made an update to add another charm, so obviously they're listening. Do you think constantly screaming in their faces to "Fix it" or change the way one of their national holiday works will accomplish anything? We need to come up with a solution to the issue that benefits everyone positively, and then pass it on to the staff.

how is adding another charm fixing it, i have yet to see anyone get the title in any room i have played in.
people who already have the title can get the charm again.
there isn't always a charm on a map. multiple people have given solutions to the issue, but the admins aren't really doing anything to make the customers happy lmao.

- Increased candy collection on Halloween 2015 "Flappy Mouse" map due to difficulty, made Halloween event less luck-based
- Followed multiple suggestions, including multiple skills/skill trees, inviting users to tribe house, etc. Just look at the purple here. Most recent taken into mind is the fact we can now change our own e-mails.
- Listened to the complaint of no more relics, relics have not existed for quite a few events.

So I mean... it has happened. In fact, I feel A801 listens more to their customers than any other company. But between the whole "hey, we won't sell items for fraises only nvm we will" fiasco, and now this, 2016 is not starting off good for them.

Have you not read through the thread? People have been providing solutions. The answer from staff is "this is how it is irl!"

I completely agree with Haru but there isn't much time left for this event
and didn't admins say if you didn't get everything from the event you would have to wait next year until the event came again?

I suspect a lot of the 'hate' you seem to be getting is because you aren't acknowledging the fact people play games for different reasons, and thus will be irritated by different things.

Making it a percentage chance (5-10% if you're wanting it to be hard) of it being in your pie when you turn it in instead of limiting it to 2 lucky pies in the room might be a way to fix it.
