it's a code that translates to "Did you try rot xiii ?"
rot xii is a 13 letter alphabet shift which is what u gotta do 2 get that phrase

So, could someone tell me about this new Enigma Event. I'm just confused and is utterly befuddled!

GUYS what's that new "forrest/pit" map?? we need to climb the trees using the fountain then drop into the pit and try to get to that other side.... but it's just NOT ENOUGH SPEED...... how do we do it? is there an extra booster somewhere? has anyone completed it? how?!?!?

i did it from the trees, you have to jump again to maintain speed at the end of the ramp itself
