Maybe have I been too rude (no, I'm even pretty sure about that) but I was in the staff of multiples communities, most often RP forums. I know the issues a "higher" staff (ie, admins) too "close" and listening too much. I think they do quite a good job, especially with the size of the community. So it bugs me when people bitch on them on subjects like that.

And members of the staff don't seem to have a problem with the event, Zou don't have the title but iirc wasn't desperate about it. They're more likely to know how the higher staff handles the customers.

Anyways, people need to stop being so outraged. We need to handle this situation calmly and rationally, like the admins are doing. They already made an update to add another charm, so obviously they're listening. Do you think constantly screaming in their faces to "Fix it" or change the way one of their national holiday works will accomplish anything? We need to come up with a solution to the issue that benefits everyone positively, and then pass it on to the staff.

people who already have the title can get the charm again.
there isn't always a charm on a map. multiple people have given solutions to the issue, but the admins aren't really doing anything to make the customers happy lmao.

I never said adding another charm fixed the event. Like I said in my last post, it just proved they're listening to us and trying to solve this. If you think taking time out of their busy schedule to add another charm is "nothing", then you're simply ungrateful. Remember this is a free game.

As I've stated previously I've been nothing but largely encouraging about administration and how they run things. But to be snubbed by admins is another thing, and is wrong.
I too have been staff of various communities, including this one; and although not comparable to be a sentinel and an admin, I have a basic grasp that if people are complaining, you don't fan the flames. That's honestly my biggest issue with this entire fiasco. It's not even the luck aspect anymore, it's the disrespect towards players from admins. And it's not disrespectful or rude to express a differing opinion about said admins. If I were calling them lazy, money-hungry, et cetera, that is another thing. I'm just angry and disappointed in their lack of care. That's all.

There is no membership planned for this time. Anything you've heard is a farce.

Well, if I'm admin and people tell me they feel that I don't care about what they want and think, it would hurt me more than being called lazy and greedy, because it's no more a personal question but it becomes a relational question. And I think I'm not the only one, I don't know about being of the majority or of some exceptions.

But as I said, the staff doesn't seem to think that. Maybe they hide it, we don't know for sure, but there are no point to listen the sentinels if they don't listen to the lambda players too.

(tbh I thought if there were an event this week, it would have been Nanakusa-no-sekku since they tend to do a lot of Japanese events, but that would have been two collect events in a row, I didn't thought of an Epiphany event on Transformice ^^)
